写是写得不错，但有些常识错误，社区干部不是归于公务员的，大学生当过一段时间的社区干部再考公务员的时候，能够加分，所以很多大学生都去考社区与村干部，不是为了服务社区与村民，而是为了考公务员时加点分。而且，社区主任身边没有秘书的，那要县市一级的领导才能配，大学生只能当主任助理，其实也想当于为社区主任跑腿了。
