各位每天早上都有晨勃吗？

我今年25岁，没有固定性伴侣，要说最固定的也就是右手了。
只是发现我从比较小的时候就很少有晨勃，现在更是十天半个月才能有一次，这是性能力不行的表现吗？
大家的晨勃情况是如何呢？
