借用医生的话，如果确实影响了生活质量，还是建议楼主去正规医院去做环切术，前期会影响生活，但是后期会改善很多生活质量，另外还有就是如果楼主脂肪比较多的话，也有可能会影响长度，适当减脂之后也会有改善，以上，祝楼主生活愉快！
